Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a contract after the online purchase will result in a administrative fee of $150 per marketing opportunity or advertising opportunity if canceled before 90 days prior to the event or advertising deadline. No refunds will be given for marketing opportunities canceled within 90 days of the event or advertising deadline.

$350.00Add to cartIn keeping in line with our mission statement, the CAI-OC Education Committee is dedicated to the education of Community Association Volunteer Board Members and Community Managers. Along with monthly luncheons, the Chapter holds two four-week Community Leadership Training Programs (CLTP) series. Specifically geared to the leadership of HOA’s, these courses will provide an in-depth discussion and up-to-date information on topics critical to your association’s success. Your marketing opportunity dollars ensure we can facilitate these fundamental educational programs at no cost to community managers and homeowner leader members.
CLTP Class (Virtual)
- Spring: March 7th – March 28th (every Tuesday or four weeks)
- Fall: October 4th – October 25th (every Wednesday for four weeks)
- Additional bonus classes will be added

- Verbal Acknowledgement during CLTP and bonus courses
