Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a contract after the online purchase will result in a administrative fee of $150 per marketing opportunity or advertising opportunity if canceled before 90 days prior to the event or advertising deadline. No refunds will be given for marketing opportunities canceled within 90 days of the event or advertising deadline.

2026 CAID (CAI-AID) Annual Sponsorship
$500.00Add to cartWe are excited to introduce CAID (CAI-AID), a charitable initiative designed to revitalize community associations (HOAs) that are struggling to maintain or improve their communities. Our mission is to partner with local HOAs to restore shared spaces, enhance infrastructure, and create neighborhoods that inspire pride and connection. CAID provides no-cost renovation services to qualifying HOAs, helping transform neighborhoods into vibrant, welcoming communities. CAID’s first project, completed in 2025, was the Bishop Manor Playground Revitalization and was only possible with generous in-kind and cash donations.

- Logo recognition on signage at project-specific events (i.e. ribbon cutting, volunteer day, etc.)

2026 Membership Annual Campaign Sponsorship
$350.00Add to cartThis annual sponsorship allows the Chapter’s Membership Committee to acknowledge participants who actively recruit new members, promote new members and provide ongoing retention efforts for the continued strength of the Chapter.
Includes:
- Recognition at the Educational Luncheons through logo placement on event sign and PowerPoint, and verbal recognition from the podium
- Recognition on the Membership Campaign page of the website with links to the sponsoring companies websites

2026 Outreach Annual Campaign Sponsor
$250.00Add to cartOur Outreach Committee has been very active with four annual Chapter promoted events including the Food Drive for OC Food Bank, Diaper Drive with HomeAid Orange County and Beach Clean-Up. The committee also has participated in making bracelet’s for CHOC patients to give on Mother’s Day, harvest fruits/vegetables for The Giving Farm, serving meals at The OC Rescue Mission, and much more. This sponsorship will provide resources for the Outreach Committee to expand their reach into the community.

- Company logo and link in e-blasts regarding the four Chapter promoted events.
