Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a contract after the online purchase will result in a administrative fee of $150 per marketing opportunity or advertising opportunity if canceled before 90 days prior to the event or advertising deadline. No refunds will be given for marketing opportunities canceled within 90 days of the event or advertising deadline.

2024 Annual Educational Courses Sponsor
$350.00Add to cartIn keeping in line with our mission statement, the CAI-OC Education Committee is dedicated to the education of Community Association Volunteer Board Members and coordinates two four-week educational programs along with bonus courses annually. These courses will provide an in-depth discussion and up-to-date information on topics critical to an association’s success.
HOA U Four-Week Series (Virtual)
- Spring – March 5th – 26th (every Tuesday for four weeks)
- Fall – October 2nd – October 23rd (every Wednesday for four weeks)
- Additional bonus classes will be added
The Annual Sponsorship Includes:
- Verbal acknowledgement during HOA U series and bonus courses
- One-page flyer electronically distributed to attendees
- Recognition on the Chapter website

2024 Outreach Annual Sponsor
$250.00Add to cartOur Outreach Committee has been very active with four annual Chapter promoted events including the Food Drive for OC Food Bank, Diaper Drive with HomeAid Orange County, Beach Clean-Up and the Toy Drive for Olive Crest. The committee also have participated in making bracelet’s for CHOC patients to give on Mother’s Day, harvest fruits/vegetables for The Giving Farm, serving meals at The OC Rescue Mission, and much more. This sponsorship will provide resources for the Outreach Committee to expand their reach into the community.
